owning your grief and living your best life on purpose

The girl always talking about

Hi, I'm Rachel!

This is my corner of the internet to share pieces of my journey with the lens that life isn’t always bottomless mimosas and butterflies. I’ve experienced the highest of highs and the lowest of lows, but I’m still standing and sharing what each season has taught me along the way.

I believe that our deepest scars are there to remind us of how far we’ve come, but they don’t have to define where we go next. I believe that when we choose to go deep with ourselves and with others, the possibility of healing becomes a reality. I believe that it’s okay to not be okay — there’s no doing it for the gram or faking it till you make it over here.

There’s plenty to explore here, but let’s get to know each other a little better first. I’ve put my story of life, love, and loss into words just for you. I can’t wait to connect deeper, you beautiful being you.

Let's be friends

Some of my favorite humans on earth are the ones who have slid into my DMs and shared a “me too” moment with me. I’m hurting – me too. I miss my husband – me too. I never thought I’d make it through that season – me too. If anything I share resonates with you, you want to get in touch for a collab,  or you just want to say hello, I’d love to stay in touch.
